Wagons are growing on me, big time. How much more will a 4 door BBB wagon (1969?) weigh than a BBB 69 2 door coupe?
    Thanx all.

When I first got mine to the track to wieght it it had centerlines, no sway bar up front, never had a third seat. All other stuff still was in the car. Its a special deluxe with no options. At that time less driver and the extra 125 lbs for steel rims and street tires it was 3870lbs. Now with the second seat gone and all the metal panels back to the tailgate removed at race wieght 3670lbs plus driver. All the glass is in and its streetable .

What metal panels did you remove?

The package well cover, the panels that cover the rearend well, and the panels that go up to the second seat with the piano hinges, and the second seat. The weight loss cut about .180 off my et and provided easy storage for tires and tools when I drive to the track.
