The guy who bought my Skylark is really bringing the Ole Gal back up to snuff - Among other things He's ordered a complete interior kit and wants to order the carpet too. In the back of my 1969 Buick Trim book it says that Dark Sandlewood is the corresponding carpet color for a Buckskin interior....... Only problem is - the carpet currently in the car is definately original and doesn't look to be the same color as the sample they sent him. The car was garaged most of its life so sun fading shouldn't have caused the discrepancy......do carpets fade / discolor from environmental effects ??? Who out there has a Buckskin 1969 interior and what color is your carpet ??? Thanks from both of us......
