It didn't. Anyone interested needs to get the VIN to confirm model. Either a Skylark with a GS hood swapped, or a GS with Skylark fenders. I'd guess the former.
Good to know - for a couple of minutes, I thought that maybe I'd driven so fast that I'd blown them right off my fenders.
