Picked up this GS350 last year. Job has me traveling 5 days out of the week so the restoration has been slow and looks to be slower down the road :af: . She needs someone with a little more time then I've got. Here is the description: 350 SBC, lunati camshaft, edelbrock intake, 650cfm Holley, TH350 rebuilt 1000 miles ago, B&M shift kit, 2200 stall, newer vinyl top, new air shocks, dual 2 1/2" exhaust with hooker headers. Engine and tranny are very sound :TU: . Interior is in good shape, reapolstered about 10 years ago, minor inside work. Exterior is great from about 20ft away, up close it has one spot rusted through on the lower left fender next to the rocker. All in all it is a really nice car that you can drive and fix up but still look good in. Included in the sale are the original Buick high compression stage 1 350 engine components, original th350 that the car came factory with, and i believe i still have the original block although the last user told me he spun a rod in it. Also have the headers that were used on that engine. Looking for $3000 obo

My little brother has been saving up for an old car... He doesn't quite have enough to make a decent offer in this car yet, but he's still saving. Anyways... before I even think about showing this thread to him, I'm curious how fast the car is? Oddly enough, I'm happy it has a SBC in it (sounds weird to hear me say that) because it will be easy and cheap to keep up for him. But I'm a little scared it's too fast for an unexperienced driver. (18 years old) What's it run?
Not quiet sure oddly enough. I have a 69 skylark that has been taking all my time so i really have only run this around when i was changing out gaskets and other maintenance. Do i think she is quick? oh yeah. Too fast...well, my skylarks got a 455 in it so it's hard for me to say that! I really don't think it's too much to handle honestly. If it had a posi on it i might get a little nervous, but i don't think there would be an issue. The SBC is nice cause everything is available at NAPA. Excellent starter project car. And like i said, you can drive it while fixing it up. I'm posting more pics now. :TU:
