69 Safari Wagon 428

    Local derby guy just got a 69 Safari Wagon 428. Well, what's left. The guy he got it from already striped the car and has a 9" Ford rear under it. Hasn't been in a derby yet. Supposed to be a clean car that another friend of mine had wanted before it got striped.

    You know that's a PONTIAC 428, right? :TU:

    Too bad the derby guys got it, clean solid wagons are getting hard to come by. I've got a '69 Bonneville wagon with a 428 myself. I don't see many others...

    I hope the guy that stripped it saved parts to sell. The wagon bits and pieces can be impossible to find.
