A while back I purchased a pair of vinyl roof corner moldings (the ones that wrap over the top of the quarter and join the deck-lid piece together) I believe from someone on here. But damned if there isn't probably a difference between the stud positions from 68 to 69 because of the vinyl roof layout difference. The person probably thought there was no difference but I'll bet this is just another of the MANY differences between 68's and 69's. In short, I need a pit free or very low pitted pair FROM A 69 with a vinyl roof. I don't wish to take out a second mortgage doing it though. In fact, I'll trade you what I have for the correct ones which line up with the holes in my quarter. In other words, my 68's for a pair of 69's. Please help.

Joe, if you look at this pic and compare to yours, what do you come up with as a measurement on the stud location on yours?
69 only- vinyl roof rear corner moldings. Pit free. Please note that these corner moldings look identical to 70 at first glance, but the stud placement on the rear is different. I need 69 only. Please help me. :bglasses: Edit: By the way Joe, I decided against the ones you had only because my car's paint is so flawless, I just couldn't do it. I really need nice pit free ones.
