Could someone with a 70-72 gs hood please straighten me out on the following, Im sectioning the scoop sections into another hood and now I have a puzzle. Q1-When looking down on a gs hood (and your facing the grill) the scoop area is not symetrical. One of the scoop lines ( they will be heading towards you) is longer than the other by @1 or 2". Is the long crease located along the centerline of the hood or the fender side? Q2- If I remember right the scoop is not centered on the hood, its located just a bit more forward. Is this correct? A little forward of center? I just put everything on hold because Id hate to show up at some show and have somebody say " Hey , this Hillbilly put the scoops on backwards" ou: Thanks for your help
