hey, i was wondering if these spoilers could be modified to fit on the trunk of a regal...? does anyone know the width of a regals trunk and the width of this spoiler??? thx

The tips would not parallel the contour of a Regal quarter panels and it would look strange indeed. Even one without tips like the 70 Judge or the 70 Olds would look odd I think. (These were model from a Cessna air foil.)

Yes I suspect so but originally end of the spoiler was cut to a length such that it hung directly over the crown of the 70-2 A body quarter panel. The odds of the distance between the quarter crowns being the same for a Regal are slim.

Several years back I had a Regal with a spoiler from a '82-'86 Firebird (w/o the third brake light). It strongly resembles the spoiler on a mid '80s Hurst Olds. Fit the decklid with no mods and the tips were just the right width to match the quarters. The rear corners of both tips of the spoiler angled in about maybe 1/4" or so, but no one ever noticed. I mounted mine to match the curvature of the rear vertical edge of the decklid. The top surface of the wing stuck out about 5/8" past the end of the decklid. It looked cool. Got lots of compliments about the way it looked. I've got pictures but my scanner is crapped out! :ball: It looked a lot like this.......
