Like it Says, ordered a new screen from the Parts Place. It came looking like my screen door, silver. Are they supposed to be painted black? Also, I thought all the holes were cut already. Looks like the 5 square ones I have outlined in black marker are not. What is the best way to cut these? I can't get wire cutters in tight enough? Maybe a punch? Thanks
