70 GS 350 X clone in St Louis Craigslist

So I went over to look at it. No rust he says. Tons of bondo and amature bosywork and paint. Dull and shiny in spots. Frame has rust through spots and trunk/wheel hosuings have had a lot of repair ( also amature) lots of undercoating. SP 350 runs fine, 16 inch wheel, buckets , console non air car. Asking 7500 firm:shock: Looks to be a 2500 to 3k car at most but its a driver.
