Don't what you call it, but it's on the bumper above the license plate. Decent shape with some pitting. Would restore nice for a driver but probably not for a concourse show car. Studs not tweaked and includes original nuts. Nice original part. I'll include a plastic corner piece for the bumper - better off getting rid of it before I lose it. $50 shipped to lower 48. Layne
