70 GSX Apollo White

Does anyone have the paint codes for Apollo white and the red and black for the stripes.I need to know what to tell the paint store to mix up.Thanks

 

Apollo white was the regular 70 Glacier white which he will have in his book. The red formula is in the achieves here.

I am not sure about the black as it was a matt finish. We saw the guy in 2003 at Flint that painted these cars and I think he said that they used a 20/80 flatner to gloss mix. So matt black is the key.

 

wouldn't that be 20/80 gloss to flatener mix?

 

Yes I think that is what the guy said. It sounded like they just mixed and made the color up in the back room.

 

Thanks for the help guys.I`ll see what they have in their books for Apollo white.I know when I was doing my 68 GTO they couldn`t find the color code in any of their books.

 

Don't forget to ask about Glacier White too. Like Jim said, same color, two names
