70 GSX Baffle mounting

Does anyone know if the tabs for the baffle mount inside the bumper (top) or on the bottom of the bumper roadside? My drawings are not clear and I am replacing the missing original. Any insight would be appreciated.

I would say on top of the bumper tabs.
You can ask flynbuick since he has one and he is restoring it.

 

Here is one way to do it. This is our first 70 GSX and at that time we only had a fiberglass repro spoiler as opposed to the correct bakalite style now made by Duane H.
