I purchased a set of front door panels from Legendary for my 70 GS. I'm wondering if the door panels are attached to the bottom of the door with screws or, is the door panel (bottom) simply held to the door by the side clips? My old door panels had screws but I am not sure if the screws were put there by someone other than a factory worker. Philip l
The screws along the bottom are proper. Or I guess I should say at least mine has them also and others I've seen had them so I'm guessing they are proper.
Screws are correct. They shoud have big loose washers permanently attached to them Try to eyeball old holes in door laying down and punch thru panel with sharp awl to make hole. If you miss just drill a new hole. No one will know the difference
