i have a couple of questions
i have been hearing a few pops in the passenger side front
so i jacked it up to inspect it.:Dou:

i found the upper ball joint is bad along with the upper control arm bushings
i was reading my chiltons manual and it says if the control arm bushings are bad to replace the complete upper control arm....is this correct
i mean you can buy the new bushings :Do No:

    any help will be appreciated

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

Replace all bushings and balljoints on both sides, also, good idea to inspect and probably replace all tie rods, center link and idler arm. That way, you have a new front end. Get an alignment and you are set.

i am going to replace the 1 ball joint and the control arm bushings
( because thats all i can afford at this time )and since i brought up cost
WHY DO 1970 UPPER BALL JOINTS COST 80.00 EACH:Do No:
and why do i have to order them and wait 1 week for them to get here.....

I'm finished with my minor rant now.............:Brow:
