I haven't been on here for some time...got the itch for a '70 Wildcat :Brow:. I went to look at some wheels the other night and the guy had 9 acres of mostly 80-90's Cad's. Also parked next to a semi-trailer was not one, but two '70 Wildcats. The one is a brn/blk 2dr with bucket seats/console. The options I noticed in the dark with a flashlight: AC, PW, tilt, posi tag, but no road wheels. I think it has more options but it was dark and the worst part was the water that filled the rear floors . At least they were holding water and he said the cars have only been sitting there a few years. The other is a convertible under a tarp, that is all I saw. He was saying the guy that owned them had a really nice red '70 convertible and really no longer had a need for these cars; he would probably let them go for both go for $2000. I would really like the 2dr/buckets car but the interior looks like a swamp . I am going back by the end of the week in the daylight to get a better look. Even at $2000 it would be hard to go wrong??

Yeah, I was looking for one to restore and the hardtop could be a big project. The convertible could be worse. I have too many cars to part right now to make it worth my while....ahhh hell what's two more  I first have to see if the sale is real. I will post some pics if I get out there over the weekend.

I am in the seattle area. Now the guy can't meet until the end of next week and doesn't know if the owner really wants to sell :Do No::mad: Funny what happens sometimes when you spark an interest...

This is another buckets/console car I inquired about when I was in Ca. for business last week. I happened to be going to Copart any way, only problem...it turned out the ad was over a year old:( The owner evidently pulled it out of Copart as it never sold and company policy does not allow them to release info. on the cars. I saw another ad listing the car for $1250. The interior looks nice...anyone know where it is?
