Hi guys my 1971 buick gs convertible trunk lid is heavy pitted around the bottom edge. Is there a patch panel available for this area? How good are the aftermarket lids? Best place to buy an aftermarket lid if I go that direction?...rock auto seems to be the best price I have found, is there only one company making them?
I understand that the aftermarket lids do not have some indentation on the underside on each side where the spoiler would attach, but otherwise atre pretty good on fit and quality, as far as aftermarket parts are concerned.
