I have rot on the rear wheel arch lip on both sides, does anyone make a patch panel for this general area? Do I need to buy coupe quarters and cut out just small area for wheel arch? OR...should I replace entire quarter? Who makes best patch panels or if I go full quarter is Sherman's as good as AMD?

If that is the only place just put post in the parts wanted section for some sections do not replace the whole 1/4 there are plenty of guys with good parts cars that will have what you need for a fraction of a new panel that wont fit as well

The wheel arch is pretty beat up, and there is an old brazed patch on the lower section on driver's side, that I'd like to replace. Weld in complete new panel so there is no large weld area or just patch in area of rot in wheel arch area?

It all depends on the health of the surrounding metal, I would patch a fair amount b4 doing the whole panel especially on a convertible. Post some pics are email them trishieldterra@gmail.com

OPG has them, but they are $1,355.99 for the pair. I have talked to a couple of guys that bought quarters from them, and they said they were a good fit, but pricy!

What about quarter skins from Sherman or quarters from AMD? I can buy Shermans for around $343. I think the AMD's re around $450... I can just cut what I need or is it a better job to replace entire quarter?..I'll have to take some pictures.
