I just picked this car up last week. The only rusty sheet metal is the rear quarters and the battery tray/core support.

I bought it for the engine and transmission but seeing the overall condition, I kinda hate to part her out. The hood, fenders, trunk lid, bumpers, grill, mirrors, glass (except the windshield) is all good. I have one person that would like to have the seatbelts. Other than that, no takers for anything else.

If someone tells me by the 18th of this month that the car is actually valuable as a whole unit, I won't part her. Other wise, it goes piece by piece. Pictures to come.

Have you decided to part her out or keep her yet? I own a '72 LeSabre and I'm very interested in parts.

Yep. She's gonna be an organ donor for a few people's projects. Let me know what parts you are looking for, I'll take some pics and describe them to the best of my ability and then we can talk prices and shipping. Not looking to put a kid through college on the prices either. I'll guarantee you'll be happy with the pricing. :beer

Is this a four door hardtop or sedan? Some parts differ..

If you decide to part it out, and it has a rear stabilizer bar and brackets, I'll buy them.

Not sure. I'll get some pics tomorrow (depending on the *&^% rain) and get them posted.

CS-STANLEY - I wouldn't have any idea about the floor pans but if you know or are willing to go from pics, I'm ok with that. If you have someone that can come look at them for you, that's fine also.

Triple Black - I don't remember about the rear sway bar but will look.

Yuk - I'll post some pics of those too. I'd be willing to send them to you on approval if you like what's in the pictures.

Gabe - What parts do you need?

I'd be interested in a tilt steering column, outside door/fender mouldings, drivers side mirror, and if your interior is black, the front bench seat.
    Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you guys. Seems I need to do some extra "paperwork" for the 'minor' title issues that have turned up.

Not a huge deal, seems that since this car hasn't been licensed or had reg fees paid since something like 2003 or 2004, DOL (Deparment of Licensing) wants me to pony up the back fees and I don't want to add six or seven years worth of fees to what I have in this thing to start with. Naturally, there is a form to complete and send in. Don't know if I have a person at DOL that doesn't know what they are doing or not but I'll post up again when I get it straight.:Do No:

I did get some pics of most everything you guys have asked about with the exception of the inside of the floor pans. I'll post them as I get them resized to fit here.

i used to always resize with MSpaint. i would open the picture, select all, copy, paste, grab the lower right corner, drag it till it was the size i wanted (watching the numbers in the lower right bar), when the numbers were correct, release, go up to "image" then "attributes" and type in the numbers i had just dragged it to and maybe save it to the same name followed by the two numbers with an x in between them (example- toplessnun 512x384.jpg)

just make sure you keep the porportions the same..... did that for years.

Have you decided if your parting her out or restoring her yet? Could use some parts!
