John, Is this car still available? I think I know this car. Did you purchase it from a buick guy in (near) Loveland CO? The wife loved this car when we saw it back then. If it's still available, send some pics to the following address: sadcock337@aol.com Thanks!
loveland indeed , and the very same car.. I purchased it from a fellow member of the rocky mtn gs club chapter back in '94... same condition just a few more miles on 'er. pics on their way
I have the matching seat for that car in perfect condition so if someone buys it contact me . I for one wish I had the scratch for it .
she is officially sold and left about 2 hours ago... congrats to the new owner, he got one heck of a car !
John, I didn't get to meet you or thank you for this incredible car. The car is AWESOME! My only regret is that I have to store it in my brothers garage until I move in October. Hopefully the snow will stay away in Chicago until January so i can enjoy it for a while. THANKS again for being flexible and for selling me one awesome ride. :beer Chris
chris, the pleasure was honestly all mine. sorry I could not be there to personally greet you and show you around the car . work has been crazy of late. coupled with my mothers recent passing we've been playing some catch up on all fronts. I always like to know my iron will be taken care of... my wife spoke highly of you and conveyed your excitement ,and that you were planning on keeping the car totally original, which was a big concern having had so many inquire wanting to drop a 455 into it... I'd like all to know here that start to finish , that chris is a super guy to deal with, and as much as it pained the family to see the car go, we are very happy that she will finally get the drive time that she deserves ! I think we put maybe 2k miles on it since '96 !!!! I thought you were driving her back to AZ , but when I got home that evening found out you were moving back to illinois and I was excited to hear that all these years later, the car will be staying where she was sold new !! I'm sure you';ll have plenty of guys gawking over the squeeky clean metal ! make sure you put that dealer emblem back on the trunk deck, some guys dont care for those dealer markings , but I find its an important part of the cars history ! for now, I sincerely hope you enjoy my old friend, she was VERY good to us over the years and should you need any parts I have a ton of nos 2bbl. carb parts and may have some nos emblems [somewhere] for that car ! best regards and thanks ! john jaco gsca #385
