Gotta sell my baby. 71 2dr Hrdtp/ limemist green/ black vinyl top/ drk green bench interior/ 350 2bbl/ th350/ ps/ ac - all there but non-op. Has some dings and very minor rust issues. Sharp car, what I'd call a 20 footer. Comes with an extra 350 2bbl engine, powerglide trans, and some body parts from a 66 'lark that'd be handy for swap meets etc. Gotta get back out of the hobby till I can afford it. $3995 obo. I'll try to attach some pics but if I'm not smart enough I have some to e-mail. Located in Latonia Ky, about 15 minutes from Cincy Ohio. Any questions, ask away! :beer

It appears my pics are too big to post and I'm obviously too pc illiterate to change 'em :Do No: so I'll have to send to anyone interested. Thanks! Brad

Thanks alot for the help Shaggy!! :TU:

To anyone viewing the pics, those are leaves and tree blossoms of some sort that fall out of my neighbors trees. The paint actually looks pretty good, although it could use a buff job.

    Skylark questions

    Brad,

What is the headliner and rear seat like? Does the air work. What known problems are there.

    thanks

The headliner has a pretty nasty tear in it (a good 18") and needs replaced. The back seat looks great with one exception being a roughly 1" little slice thanks to my 9yr old son (capt. destructo) messin with a screwdriver  but it's on the bottom half of the seat where it meets the seat back so it's not hugely noticeable. The a/c is all there but didn't have a belt when I got it and I never took time to even investigate beyond seeing if the compressor spun (which it does). As for known problems, the only thing that comes to mind is the blower motor only runs on max (which I believe is a resistor needing replaced?) and it needs a weatherstrip kit in the worst way. Rust-wise there's about a 1" hole in the pass side floorboard, a hole in the trunk floor around one of the drain plugs, and a small spot in the driverside door jamb below where the windshield 'pillar' comes down. Engine makes a little noise when cold started but nothing ridiculous and disappears as soon as the oil circulates. The other 350 that comes with it is a 70 block with 73 heads we pulled from a buddies 69 that made no noise at all and has an HEI already. That 69 is also where the 2spd glide came from. You can see in the pics that the rear bumper is tweaked and a little crooked. Appears someone might've backed into a pole or something enought to dent the bumper a bit. Has some other 'parking lot' kind of dings here and there. Like I said, she's a daily driver. Vinyl top is like brand new. Previous owner told me he had it replaced a couple years back and had the notorious rust areas addressed then also. Rides and drives great. Does have a little hesitation on acceleration but otherwise runs fine and sounds pretty good for having glasspacks (not my fave). That's all I can think of at the moment. Let me know if you have any more questions or want more pics. I can e-mail pics of anything you want. :TU:
