"special ported and polished cylinder heads with huge valves that nearly touch"

    "10.5 to 1 compression"

Typical "classic car" dealer that dosen't know a Buick from a Amphicar.....:Dou:

This car was one of the few worked into the 72 assembly line.

Great quote "The attention to detail is evident.", like the blue jack base. Super looking car, but seriously doubt it is an original factory stage 1 or 4 speed, not even sure it was a factory BBB.

Car belongs to board member who has it on consignment, before we proceed to trash his car lets wait and see if he chimes in and tells us the history on the car. Bill

the ts coded block with vin number probably means it was a stage vert at the very least. B

Nice lookn car. Very rare if it is correct. So rare and expensive I would have to see the build sheet to believe it.

I don't think he is on the board much anymore Bill. Plus, I am guessing the reason he consigned and didn't list it here is so he didn't have to put up with the tire kickin' peanut gallery who aren't potential buyer's anyway.

We all know what a PITA that is. :blast:

That's pretty bad when the board starts to scare people away, and only hurts us and our chances of getting the car/parts we really like/need.

Stunning color combo!! Car looks great.

I did not see a picture of the VIN on the block or see anything saying it had the VIN stamped on the block. I only saw the TS stamp which could be a block from another car. I would have to check that carb stamp a little closer. If I missed it my mistake.
It is still a nice looking car.

The seller probably ended up with about $37.5K after all the fees and transport.
