I believe a person can buy a pair of yellow center 70-71 NOS and make 2 pairs of the harder to find yellow center 72's..I decided not to run a ram air breather on ours, so just trying to recoup some of my $$ or as stated trades are much more preferred.. I am sure you are right Lee, as I compared these to a set of 72s I have they are thinner...My apologies to Nelson...Thank you very much for pointing that out Lee...I didn't even think 71s had the rubber bumperettes... I have a set of 72s but not near mint condition..Wow, learn something new everyday..

Also, if it wasn't mentioned, the 1972 front bumperettes have an extra cut approx the same shape that will allow clearance for the rubber bumper strip on a 72. The 71 is a radius like your picture. Troy
