Everything seems to be in working order, the levers have some corrosion on them. I never drove the vehicle but when turning the wheel did not seem to wonder, the tilt stops in every slot. I would clean it up and give it a coat of paint before using if it were me. It does come with a key, I am heading to UPS today to ship a few things, I will get you a shipping quote then. :beer

Ray, thanks for your interest in the motor. I think $300 is fair for right now and as said in my 1st post I would really rather not mess with shipping this hoss. If you can arrange for someone to come and get it, I would be more then happy to help load in the vehicle.
Carl passed on the tilt, batter up! Rich C is next in line for the hood, but I will let you know! Still trying to figure out a way to ship that thing o No: Anybody ship a hood before???
