Hello does anyone know if I have to completely remove the rear bumper, to remove my rear taillights. I need to replace the chrome that runs right above the taillights and the taillights them selves, but I can't seem to get them out. Is this my only option?

It has been quite some time since I owned mine and had it apart, but I think you at least need to loosen the bumper and drop it down out of the way.

Did you have to loosen those main brackets, due to the rust it's not budging. Did you have to heat them up, I unfortunately don't have access to any power tools that are strong enough.

Loosen the 4 main bolts holding the brackets to the frame. The bumper will drop out of the way.
