I was a dealer for years and bought a ton of salvage vehicles from Copart. They turned into the worst auction site that I have ever seen. Fees are scary for both buying and selling. Storage was crazy as well. And worst of all, they would show pics of vehicles and leave out the major damaged areas or smash into the vehicles while moving them around and hold themselves unaccountable for any damages. Every car that I bought towards the end came with major damage than what was pictured and they would say "oh Well" it's a salvage auction...The Olds pictured has an engine start verification which means nothing. It was obviously moved with the loader as you can see the fork marks in the stone where it was put down. You ought to see the underneath of those vehicles after they move them...WOW!!!

    Hello Slamjob
Thanks for the comments on Copart, which confirm my suspicions as to what they are about.
They are best left well alone.
    Take care
    John
