Its a 1972 Buick skylark, its got 120,000 miles on it but still running strong it is a 350-auto, recently had painted and had some bodywork done to it, it has partial suspension upgrade, new carb, locks an keys, tires and rims. overall the car is in pretty good condition although the front seats will need to be recovered but that is normal for a car this old, there is a scratch under the passenger side door most people don't see unless i point it out to them my number is 816-217-6224 feel free to ask any questions. thanks mike

I have exchanged a few emails with him, and I have seen it on craigslist a couple times, just thought one of you guys might know something, or passed on buying because it has issues. Previously he was firm @ $6000, Now he is @ $5800, but says he absolutly needs to sell the car, so that makes it sound like he would go lower. When his last auction closed on EBAY it was at or around $4000-4500, and didnt meet reserve.

I would steer clear of this one. In the Ebay auction there were pics before the paint job and it had gaping holes in the quarters and one side was hit hard and the wheel house was damaged pretty seriously. Looks like sloppy body work. Doubt it was repaired correctly. IIRC, the bidding only went to around $2500. There are much better cars out there for $6k.
