    Hi,

I recently put in my driver side flex air duct. I have it going from where it connects to the air box, to under the steering column then back up of the vent outlet.

It seems like it isn't meant to go under the column but I can't see how to route it any other way. You can see the duct a little from the drivers seat.

Is this the original way it's routed?

    thanks,
    -Dan

    Dan,

I assume you have an a/c car? The a/c car has a plastic "flattened" tube that goes under the steering column. A non a/c car does not have a tube under the steering wheel. If you need the "flattened tube" for a/c car, I think I have one. Let me know!

    That explains it.

Yes I have A/C (well, I'm in the process of getting it working again)

I will be looking for that hose. Is it 1 piece all the way from the center to the vent?

There is about a 5 inch flexible hose that connects from flat plastic tube I described to the center and a curved flexible hose that goes to the other end to the vent.

I tried looking for it and came up empty-handed. Sorry!
