You can buy the lines new.....I would...since you want new lines and not old ones that may be brittle and prone to cracking/leaking.
There's a place that advertises in the back of the major car magazines, don't remember the name of the place though. If you've got any Hot Rods or Car Crafts around, you should be able to find their ad pretty easily. They sell lines, motors, and just about everything else for convertible tops.
