    Marco,

Nope, But identical to it. Bill VanSteen talked to the gentleman that has my old car here about a year ago. I believe he lives in Louisiana or maybe Alabama? When I told him of the GS registry he was less than interested. He had it for sale for awhile, but I think he has changed his mind. It was possibly one of the most solid cars I had owned to date (My silver car is even more solid). The 72 was a great spring and fall cruiser but not as much fun in late july/early august.

Maybe they made more flame orange 72's than I thought.

    John

There must have been several (Stage 1 converts), because I know of another one with that identical color combination in Colorado. I'm not sure if it has all of those power options or not, but it's an auto. with a/c.

That's a sharp looking car you have there. It's hard to believe there could be so many around with that color combination. I have one that is currently black on white, but was originally Stratomist on white. If I ever get enough time, ambition, and room to work on it, I will restore it back to it's original glory.

Flame Orange was THE most popular color on 1972 GS Converts. 131 out of 852 or about 15% of production. There were over 20 colors available , with some being single digits .:Smarty:
