What kind of shape are the rocker assemblies in? Also interested in the balancer, bolt, and oil slinger?

Solid pan.
Dirty oily - all i did was scrape the heavy crud off and wipe the heavy goo from the inside.

very mild push-in of the bottom, rubber mallet will fix it.
