I came across this 75/6 Electra that had a built in thermometer in the driver's side, side mirror. It appeared to be stock, looked just like the original ones, but with a little cylindrical thermometer built in. Does anyone have one of these on their cars?

    mirror

I have one on my '74 Limited and it always reads about 20 degrees too warm. If its nice someone could probably use it.

I didn't get it, still at the yard. The plastic was slightly cracked. There was also a passenger side mirror available, but I just don't like the looks of those big metal ones. I went across the row and got two sport mirrors from an 83 LeSabre instead. They look like they belong on a fast airplane, so they'll go on when the big day comes.

I'd grab the mirror if it didnt break the bank, and didn't have any major pitting/scratches.

5$ I think they are, it's pretty far from here, so I think it will pass on if no-one absolutely wants it.

30$ in fuel is a not so good price... crap, I forgot to get the kick down solenoid, and the governor, it just looks so cool that I'd keep it here next to the computer as a mascot. .. NOW I've been out and had quite a few JD and Coke, hope I don't type anything too bad. You all have a good one, new deal tomorrow...
