Kinda of a little premature, as I wont really be able to dig into this project until after the Nationals, but here is the base for what I hope to be a pretty well rounded 600whp drive anywhere true street car

Rough run down of what its gonna be packing as of now,we all know how builds can veer off the predetermined path but I think what I have in mind right now will very much mirror the final product

350 to 355cid with ported irons and forged studded bottomend, maybe even a girdle. TA SP intake

Turbonetics 7668 Hurricane turbo .96 ar

Fuel injection 80lb injectors with probably the Holley HP system

90mm Throttle body with elbow or 4150 style / hood clearance will determine that

TREADSTONE front mount intercooler 3.5in core

1 5/8 tubular mild steel forward facing headers with 2.25 merges into the t4 flange

    PRECISION 46mm gate

3.5in downpipe to dual 2.5 tailpipes

Trans is up in the air but either a m22 with a 3.42 gear or a th350 with a 3.23

Car itself has Qa1 coilover kit upfront Hotchkis rear springs , quick ratio box, 1.25 front bar, probably a UMI hollow rear bar setup, and may do a mini tub to accommodate some more rubber,

Wheels for now are 18in Ridler 695's

Paint and body will include X spoilers for certain but color is still undecided

Will be a little bit before I get to really start posting pics and going in detail, but its coming

t6 would be more ideal for full single exhaust imo plus its cheaper then other two options
either way, I'd go as big as I could fit for Down pipe then transistion to atleast 3inch afterthat
do head/main studs and TA grooved cam bearings
I'd opt for the tradiation thottle body over the monoblade/elbow if you want more predicable and smooth transitioning thottle responce/power
monoblade TB/elbow will be more like a light switch on a carb style intake ie. carb intake with fuel rails and injector bungs added

    other then that cant wait!!

Yea the BW turbos are awesome units and if it was gonna be more strip.oriented I would go T6 for sure , two of my close friends have 475's on small fords and they get into boost really quick. Packaging them badboys is fun too , I had a S91 on my trans am , never finished it but it was an awesome shop decoration for a year or so

What are you doing for your ring gaps?
    .0019 .0021? (.0050 per 1" bore)

    .0021 - .0023 (.0055 per bore)

    .0023 - .0025 (.0060 per bore)
I guess you really cant go too big.. Too loose wont effect blowby, as bore roundness from machine work does.

Consider a 4L80E trans instead of the M-22... I have a setup to use on a 4L80E to provide manual paddle shifts with no computer. Then you have no clutch but still have manual control of each gear change.

Yea 4 speed is out of the equation as ive decided to keep my 64 special to which the m22 is destined . Ive bought a Extreme Automatics stage 2 2004 and Precision Converter, as far as ring gaps all that is to be determined later on , gotta recover from getn my Big Block ready for the Nats then its on the turbo car no later than mid January I hope
