No luck finding one locally so far. Want a nice Regal or GN rust-free trunk lid, color unimportant, with/without spoiler holes. Any leads, other than the various turbo boards? -- Steve
Steve, When you are in this area (Tampa Bay) visit LKQ Clearwater (formerly Cophers) There has to be 10-20 of the Regals in the yard with good bodies.
Seems like every one I've seen in South Fla has a dent, rust, or is pristine with a punched-out lock. I'll try LKQ here on Causeway, but it makes it tough to get home to Ft Lauderdale.... -- Steve
I thought you drove a truck around. If you have decent size car....you can place the trunk lid on the back seat floor and rest it against the rear seat.
Truck? No, I'm a boat designer who likes land yachts. And I'm driving a Passat until the GN is done. Could possibly get the trunk lid into the passat though. But wouldn't folding it down the middle leave some kind of crease? :grin: -- Steve
