Hey guys... looking for some feedback on a local find. I have no idea what this thing is worth, but I am interested in acquiring this and showing it some love.

The windows are down, but the glass is there. This has been sitting for 5 years outside in Southwest Ohio. It hasn't been tagged since 2014. The tires are dated 2007. I am just wanting to get an idea on what it is worth. The sticker on the door shows a 10/87 build date.

Floor pans are a little rough on the driver's side rear, but everything else looks good as best we can see.

    So what do you think?

Idk Ryan, maybe $5k? Seeing 'em like this makes me feel old, lol. If I was going to get one I'd like to think I'd pony up the $ for a nicer one but...

If love is $$ you will be showing it lots of love. It deserves to be put back on the road. A handy man with aftermarket parts connections or at least a lot of patience is what this car needs.

On a side note, that has to be one of the worst looking dash clusters in GM history.

I also wouldn’t go more than 5K. RPO sticker? GNs get expensive quick, and that needs a lot done to it just to get it road worthy, let alone restoring. My bet is the people that own it saw the 2020-2021 prices through the roof and want 15K + for it. There are a lot of GN projects out there for 10-15K that are listed for months

Hard to say. Does it run or is the engine toast. Intercooled GN's in good shape are bringing some good coin. I'd start low and see what they say.

    48k or 148k?

Like Pat said, your gonna dump a ton of money in that car. I don't see a return on investment even if you got it for free. With GN's, your better off just ponying up for a nice one.

Forget it! I would be afraid of even making the guy an obscenely low offer. He might take it, then what? :D

That actually happened to me a few times. I threw a stupid offer I was sure the guy would laugh at. And the sob said ok. Great.....now what?

I would say 148K. I do know it is a single owner car that was handed down to a college student. It doesn’t look to be well maintained (at least under the hood).

Its junk. That 10 year saturated carpet and sound deadner has certainly rotted everything. The interior side of the floor pans and firewall are in much worse shape than the exterior. Factor in critter damage behind the dash and its junk.

Almost breaks my heart to see one of these in this condition.

I’ve seen a lot worse. If it’s 47k original miles , anything under 5k is a good buy

    docgsx It's not a GTX

I've had seven of those, they are a money pit. Get ready to spend twice as much as you'd like and then end up with half as much car as you want

Based on the wear on the upholstery I would have to say 148K. That car needs everything!

I would attempt to buy the car, give owner an offer that you comfortable with to hopefully save the car.

    It’s toast unfortunately .
Sitting with windows down killed it.
