What do I use for this swap, esp the bottom one? I have the engine installed and I have tried 350 hoses, 455, V6, etc and nothing seems to even be close to fitting. The car originally had the 307 Olds motor.

I have always used the 455 hoses from the GS's. Never had any problems. Depending what shroud you use the upper hose is the only factor.

i agree, i used the gs ones on mine, think i might have trimmed just a tad, but nothing big.

I put this engine in the car last fall and the car is still sitting in my old shop in Pa waiting for me to return and finish, which I may do next week. It sticks in my head that I tried the GS hose route but that the frame was different or something and I had clearance issues. Can't remember for sure what the issue is, just wanted to see if anyone else ran into hose problems and what the solution was, so that I could just go back up there and get it done with a minimum of downtime.

What type of radiator are you using? I'm using an aluminum (Griffin) so what I used might not fit you application.

I'm remembering a stock radiator. It is definately not an aluminum one.
