9-3/8 Replacement

    As much as I don't like to mix brands, I think a modified Dana 60 would be a good fit for a big Buick. Or how about a way to upgrade an existing open 9-3/8 to limited slip. Maybe I'm oversimplifying it a bit, I don't know. Fabricating a limited run of posi carriers would likely cost an arm and a leg, I suppose, or someone would have done it, but how about a spool. A lot less machining, but also a lot less market, I imagine. It's really too bad there isn't more available somehow for the big Buick rears.

    Maybe I'll just put on one 21" tall drag slick and call it good.:Brow:

    That is for an A body...not correct for the Riv.

    anybody know the flange to flange width of a '64 rivi's diff?

    I am still misreading it, apparently. I am assuming he is looking for a rear for his 64 Riv. The link to ebay that you provided is for an A body, and will not fit on a 64 Riv.:Do No:
