There are no what i would call "desirable"shops in my area. They dont pay well at all & the local economy is totally shot.Out of all the shops(6-7)in Newport & PR,i know of one decent ASE mechanic..and he lives in my rental house:laugh: JD lumber just closed & 2-3 other mills shut down as well, the mine in Metaline shut down,we had a FORD dealer in town that went under,NAPA layed off 2 counter people,it's just a mess right now.I think you would have better luck closer to CDA/Spokane/Post Falls area, but maybe not:Do No: Good luck & by all means, swing by!

Heck of a deal on that wagon. Would make a good work rig at that price. I'm trying to talk my wife into a Buick wagon, but it's going to have to be a classic of some kind. Tried to get my wife interested in this one http://montana.craigslist.org/cto/1054633759.htmlBut I think I'm going to have to find a two door wagon to get her into it. I want to build a GS 455 sportwagon!

As for good shops around the area, when I was in Coeur D' Alene I never had much luck finding one that I liked. Lots of hotrod cars around. There have to be some good shops.... Don't know who they are though. Not many jobs that pay well around the area though.
