Hi Sam,

It's been a long time, a lot longer than I thought it would take. Please pass
my apologies on to whomever it's appropriate. I originally intended to get
the magazine printed before I started taking orders, but I can't change that
now.

The good news is that all the editorial is complete - departments, features,
tech and we're getting the last of the layouts finished, and the ads placed
on the pages. It sounds simple, but it does require a good bit of labor and
mechanical work to make sure that everything prints right with no copy
reflow, no font changes, and no misprinted images.

Everybody has been very patient while going through a very unpleasant
musclecar magazine withdrawl. I expect to mail the first issue no later than
the first week of December.

It's been a long haul for everyone. Please hang in there with me, Ok? And
pass the word on that it's coming!

Keep the faith!
Tom was just at the shop after all of us returned back from the Year One Bristol Bash.

The magazine is going to be AWESOME! I have seen most all of it in pre-finished form.
It is going to be worth the long wait!
If Tom is right and the mag. will be in the mail soon, I say will be a nice X-Mas gift to our selves!
