ac/heat problems on a 68 electra

    hello
    bought me a 68 4dr electra 225 custom limited with atc:TU:
    the problem is....nothing works:rant:
    all fuses are ok ..and the previous owner just did a cable with a switch to have the fan on full speed....and its only blowing on the dash outlets
    not a life otherwise
    need heat on the windshield now...brrrr
    any ideas were to look:Do No:

    Vacuum working to the heater control valve etc?

    High speed fan relay good?

    dont know ..yet
    cant find any bad hoses but even if the swich is on full heat....no vacum that open up the heater valve....
    can the fan relay do any bad to this..the ac clutch is bad I forgot to mention
    the contact was disconntected...bad magnet..but I bypassed the cable...still no life:Do No:
    I can a lot of english..but not that english in the shopmanual:rant: :rant: :Do No:
