Anyone know where to get airbags for a 70 sport wagon? Summit has them for the skylarks but says not for sport wagon? Dennis
Wouldn't think that they would have different springs, so should use the same airbags the only difference might be the spring rate. Do the wagons have a longer spring than the Skylarks, once they're both compressed of course?? o No:
I ran the standard skylark bags in my wagon without a problem. Watch your exhaust pipes though. I used header heat wrap around the pipes so the bags stayed cool. Tony
air bags from summit. In my GS first then the wagon. So far so good. Going on 8years between the two. 19 lbs right 12lbs left for racing. Bret
If you're talking Firestone Ride-Rite air bags from Summit, I can beat their pricing. My employer is a Firestone distributor, drop me a PM or email if interested in getting a quote for any car or truck application. :TU:
Can you get the whole kits? I've been price shopping to do my '55 Special. I just want it up and down - wanna slam it at car shows after I park - no crazy tricks - well, except maybe the remote key fab controller too  Let me know. Thanks, Matt
Matt, replied to your PM. I don't think the Firestone stuff is what you're looking for. And they don't list any apps older than about '64. This is basically ride leveling stuff, not raising and lowering.
