Air cleaner breather hose & fitting

    I need the air cleaner breather hose, and the fitting that plugs into the rubber grommet in the valve cover. my air cleaner is clocked just like in the photo below, so the hose below appears to be right for my setup. I don't have my cruise control hooked up yet, but this should also clear the chain from the cruise vacuum servo.

    Does anybody know where I can get the hose pictured below, and the straight fitting for the valve cover?

    No pic attached, but if I remember right, I got one from Autozone.
