Another frame number question

    Can anyone identify these numbers on the back driver frame rail.
    3943331 191
    9 19 NI XK
    I would like to know what vehicle it is for as well as how the numbers and letters decode.

    Are you saying this is a Buick frame?

    Actually i suspect it is from a 69 442 but i am not sure.

    If it is an A body frame I do not think it is from a Buick.
