I remember doing Whippets now I own one. Traded some unused stuff for this 1928 motoring experience. Now I've had an automobile from every decade 1920's through 2000's.
The flat head powerplant that pushes it to 36mph. When I fix the broken lifters I think she'll do 42mph :Brow:
Now all you need is the cool Lego hat and neck wrap, and you'll fit in with all of the other "Whip-It" owners .........
Before the beer sets out too long...you must drink it Another one that followed me home. 1930 Willys. Traded a couple nailhead Buick blocks and heads. This one could become a coupe or pick up street rod......got the dual quad engine out of the Vette still........or maybe I'll broom it...never know. I think I can actually get this thing running, starter works, has oil pressure, there's a vacuum on the carb when cranking....get some spark and fuel......we'll see.
Kinda fits....De EVOlution   Hey, wayward Dodge trucks......75 year old cars...it's all good. Maybe the Willy's could get the doors filled...loose the top and become a rat rod tub........to much imagination, not enough time or money. Now where's that lego hat when I need it...
Hey Brian, Glad to see you finally got a car with some sporty style. We were tired of seeing you drive that Granny Merc.
Maybe the owner of THIS ! will trade you for those old fossils of yours ? This is what you REALLY need !!! :beer
"That old Ford won't hurt ya" That's Kim Smith's car..........I know that dude. Had many a brew in his garage. He hooked me up with a set of adjustable rockers and iron rocker stands for the Merc.:TU: His shifting motto "If you see blue, grab two" And that thing see's blue a lot on the rear wheels. Actually Kim's into old fossils too
Re: "That old Ford won't hurt ya" Isn't that also JJ's and Peter's motto? Of course they are referring to Labatts Blue:beer
I'm thinkin' the Whippet needs to go on E-bay....... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...item=2486767778&category=6472&sspagename=WDVW
