I got anotherquestion about a song. There was a Rock song ... the main part was... "Rock On, Rock On"(slow) A man sung it. Does anyone know what the song is called or ho sings it? Thanks Anthony
That's not a lot to go on. My advice? DON'T call the radio station in your area, they will laugh and laugh at you! We get these calls all the time. Is there any more you can remember?
not much to go on , but i got it in my head ! dont know who or when though. jump up and down in my blue suade shoes, hey kid , rock and rooooooooooooll, rock on!!
Rock On, by David Essex a slow moody type of song. Man am I getting old--remember when that came out sometime in the early 70's. I probably have the LP stored somewhere in the basement :Brow: or was it an 8 track ou:
Wow Anthony. Didn't realise you had a thing for the music of David Hasselhof....... ou: (Does this mean you're officially out of the closet now o No: ) :bglasses:  :bglasses:
Erik, he doesn't sing a song called Rock On, LOL,   That's ok, I'm still trying to remember. Well try this one too: (Older song)(woman singing)- "Goodbye to you, goodbye to you, goodbye to you.." Anthony
Anthony, are you SURE that "Rock On" by David Essex isn't, in fact, the song you are thinking of? Do you know that song? It's the only one I can think of like that!
uh..."rock on" by Doro? i don't know, but i was listening to cd i had buried for a while today by clutch, and i've had the lyrics to rock and roll rambler stuck in my head where rock is criminal...the criminals will rock..... yeah, no need to thank me uzzled: edit: nevermind, doro is a chick ou:
I know the song you are talking about. Is it Joe Walsh, Sting, or Steve Miller Band? For some reason, I have a feeling its one of the 3 I listed, but I could be wrong. I dont think its Bowie.
I retract my previous post. After doing a lyrics search, the song I was thinking about was in fact Rock On by David Essex. Sorry for any confusion.
Having seen Jow Ealsh about 7,000 times and listened to every one of his albums about 8,000,000 times, I can't recall any song where he says Rock On, Rock On. I'm glad you figured out it was David Essex. ... James Dean... ooo my soul...
