^^^^THIS^^^^ At one point today 5 out the first 10 threads on the bench were on this. Make it a sticky so maybe folks will see it before posting another thread.

It might be like when I started my thread about it this morning. I had started the thread and started looking at new posts and it was several down the line before I saw other threads about it. And then my thread never showed up in my searches, but only showed up on my alerts. So maybe people aren't seeing the threads right away.
If you had used the icon “recent posts” you would see all posts and new threads in reverse chronological order. The “new posts” icon only displays those posts and threads that have experienced additional posts since the last time that you displayed it. So, if you start a new thread, you have obviously seen it and it has not experienced any additional posts. If you had clicked on recents posts, you would have displayed it.
Ok, thanks. I'm not the greatest at navigating on here, so I probably miss a lot of easier or better ways. I just hope with all the people that have posted about this problem it will keep people from getting their computer or identity compromised. I really enjoy this forum by the way, great job on the part of all those that keep it going and work to keep scammers and other problems taken care of!
