Mark decklid is rusted out,sold a perfect core support for 72 a while back and the one in this car is bad, Duane if you can't find a ride I can store the door for ya till next year if you can wait and that helps.If some one needs parts most of whole car is still here. I think 70-72 on the hood.My 72 olds cutlass parts car has a useable hood,small area on hood lip needs some rust repair but it is a straight and pretty solid hood.
'71 Cutlass will need a '71 or '72 hood. The front lip/nose area of the '70 hoods are different due to the different shape of the '70 grilles. Completely different trim on the front edge as well. Also...'70 hoods have a longer "drop" in the front/center where the hood "tooth" attaches (the thing that tries to scalp you every time you back into it with your headuzzled: ). They eliminated this feature in '71.....must have had too many complaints.
