Does anyone know if he's a member here? He lives in Valley Forge PA. This is the story. He posted a request for a '73 Riviera hood on eBay's "want it now" section. So, I made a listing and he bought it within one day. He emailed that he'd come pick it up. Didn't say when. I've tried numerous times to email him with my phone # so we could get together. No response. It has now been 50 days since the sale. His phone number on eBay is incorrect, and it's unlisted. eBay's policy for filing an unpaid item is 45 days. I missed the window. I don't want to leave NEG feedback in case something bad happened to the guy, or is a member here.
