Posted in Dallas craigslist. Said it would start and drive. Free to first person to come pick it up. I'm 350 miles away. Hoping someone on here might have got to it quick enough.

It was in Rowlett Texas. Posted on the Dallas craigslist. It is pulled now.

I'm local and search Craigslist often, and somehow missed it. It may have been a scam. I have a couple friends in Rowlett so I'll ask them if they know anything about it.

I have a craigslist notifyer on my phone that tells me when new ads are placed in certain areas I might be travelling. It showed up on there. Posted at 4:08am. Hope it wasn't one of your friend's wife that was ticked off and giving their car away....

Interesting, that address does not appear to exist.
At least Google can't find it. :Do No:

They also put a phone number. I didn't list it on here.

No telling what happened on this deal. Would be interesting to know.

Looks like there is a Vegas Drive in Garland, but not a 5200 block address.

Probably a scam. If you have the phone # give them a call or give it to me and I'll call. You never know.

It was not the owner of the car that listed it, and the owner is not happy as he had people at his door at 4:30 in the am. Apparently the police are now involved as it all stems from a deal gone bad. He asked if I had a copy of the ad to provide the police, so if you happen to have it let me know.
