He takes your order, and then sources the part from another vendor.
Besides being 100% flake

google "ripoff reports billion and trillion"... then do a google search on rip off Frank DeLarzelere.... or "crook Frank DeLarzelere".. And see how many complaints there are about him and his business. EVERY AUTOMOTIVE FORUM knows him.. and do NOT think too highly of him...

 

Apparently he was on an episode of divorce court,....his videos are something else, he's a self proclaimed stunt man,..I think,.. he rides around flipping over the handle bars and running into stuff,...it's hilarious if your drunk,...or,..ha

I did business with this moron once. It's an unbelievable story, but...trust me...this guy is the lowest scum on earth who lies and preys on people. All those beautiful pictures you see on his web site, you will never get that stuff. It's all bait and switch. He's a soul-less greedy psychopath. I can't think of anybody else I would say this about, but the world will be a much better place when he's gone!

 

I purchased from B&T a few years back. I ordered a complete set of refurbished black seat belts. What I received was rusty buckles, torn and frayed webbing and non GM belts. When I called him to talk about what he sent me, I received the "No return policy spiel and I was shipped what I ordered".
Luckily I paid with my Visa and filed a complaint along with pictures of the "refurbished" belts. needless to say I received a full refund and kept the belts.
I would not do business with him.

About 20 years ago, Long before his reputation had spread to all corners of the Galazy, I needed a right side Mirror for my 69 GS coming out of Resto - it was the only part I didn't have and the door had the hole for it so I really needed one

I stood there .. looked at the phone and thought about calling back about 20 times and just finally decided .. Im not diving down that rabbit hole.

Years of people like you, not knowing .. coming here and asking ... and reading the responses like you've received confirm time and time again I made the right decision.
